Thank you Rotary Brisbane Highrise for getting soccer balls to the Mamba School in Tanzania!
Just received this lovely email from Bill Phillips at the Rotary Club of Brisbane Highrise
regarding soccer balls for the kids of the Mamba School in Tanzania: “Just letting you know we presented 15 soccer balls to the kids at Mamba Primary School in Tanzania. It was a very exciting day and a highlight was definitely the presentations of the soccer balls. Also we went to another school yesterday near Arusha; the kids were kicking around a home made ball made of plastic bags and straw I think. I have arranged to have four balls provided in Mac’s name. When I get photos I will send them to you as well. We just about had a riot when it was mentioned.”
Thanks so much Bill. Fabulous job and we are very grateful for help to make this happen.
